The Fuck of the Century is an online and print journal on film and video. The journal is a space for alternative styles of film and television criticism. The aim is to provide our contributors (including writers, artists and illustrators) the space to experiment with forms and styles. These have included imaginary interviews, close readings of scenes, poetry, personal essays, theoretical criticism and comics. The journal emphasizes inquiry and experimentation and therefore encourages a diversity of tones, subjects and mediums. In the new year, we will add a video podcast and live events to our output.

Unhealthy, Badly 



Unhealthy, Badly is an ongoing multidisciplinary performance series curated by Gabrielle Marceau and Maisie Jacobson. This series brings together dozens of artists from the Toronto area working in diverse disciplines. The show has included video art, installation, experimental music, performance art, video games, readings, works on paper, interactive and relational art as well as time based media.

We have hosted artists such as Brett Despotovich, Lido Pimienta, Joshua Vettivelu, Brandon A. Dalmer, Adrianna Disman, Diana Lynne Vandern Muellen, Kara Stone, Claire Caldwell and many more.
